- Goun Gee Kuen from Hung Style
Description:
The ''closed door'' form of the more commonly seen Taming the Tiger set from Hung Style. One of the most demanding strength building sets still in existence from the Chinese Fighting Arts. Performed primarily under severe tension (isotonic), the Goun Gee lasts some 5 minutes when done correctly and builds great stamina for any aspect of fighting. It will harden the whole body in a matter of weeks imparting much more physical power along all major routes used in self-defense. It is the highest level combined internal/external exercise set on which one can train before going to any of the advanced power programs such as Iron Vest or Stone Warrior. When used after or in combination with the Teet Lo Han Chin Ch'uan, an enormous gain in physical strength and muscular size can take place!
